Yes. Anyone traveling on business is eligible for a corporate rate.

expand-collapse How do I book my company’s negotiated rate online?

A "Corporate/Promotional" code field is located in most search modules throughout the site. For example, from the Marriott.com home page, expand the “Special Rates & Awards” area to use the “Corporate / promotional code” field. When you enter your company’s corporate code and stay dates in a search, your company’s negotiated rates will be applied. If you need access to your company’s code, you may contact us by sending an e-mail. Proof of eligibility is required.

expand-collapse If I'm attending a convention or a part of a group, can I book these special rates online?

Yes.  A special group code is required and must be entered in the Group Code field found within the booking module featured on specific hotel information pages. Your group coordinator must have established this code with the hotel in advance.  Ask your group coordinator for the special code or contact us by email. 

expand-collapse If I modify my reservation, will my rate change?

Possibly. Rates are set by factors such as seasonality, day of the week, length of stay, room type, number of individuals in the room, etc. Modification of any one of these items may change the room rate.

expand-collapse I'm a senior citizen. Am I eligible for any special senior discounted rates?

If you are 62 years or older, you can save at least 15% on your room rate at more than 2,000 Marriott hotels worldwide. Please refer to Terms and Conditions. The “Senior discount” search option appears on the Marriott.com home page and in most search modules throughout the site.  Expand the “Special Rates & Awards” area to select this option.

expand-collapse My dates are flexible. How can I see if the special rate I'm seeking is available for alternate dates?

You can search alternate availability for a special rate. After entering a destination, travel dates and a special rate code, the hotels and rates that match your search criteria will appear.  At the bottom of the search results page, you'll find the "Dates Flexible?" link. Click on this link and follow the "Alternate Date Finder" steps to see when and where your special rate is available.

Promotional codes are alphabetical and numerical indicators of specified rates.  Promotional codes for special rates, within the Deals section of Marriott.com, are usually pre-populated in the Corporate/Promotional code field.  Promotional codes for deals are sometimes provided for you to enter into the group code field.

expand-collapse I am a member of the Military. Am I eligible for any room discounts?

Yes.  Members of the military and government employees are eligible for special discounts.  Your government or military identification is required at check-in.  Please see the Terms and Conditions for more details.

Marriott.com’s Travel Agent Web site leads the hotel industry with a state-of-the-art experience designed by travel agents, for travel agents.  The travel agent site can be accessed through the Marriott.com homepage.  There, you will find rates available only to travel agents for their personal travel.  Within the Marriott travel agent site you will also see “Famtastic” rates for qualified travel agents.

expand-collapse Can I book any specials or packages on Marriott.com?

To make your vacation planning as easy as possible, many packages can be booked online through the Marriott.com website.  Available packages include room accommodations plus meals, romance or honeymoon specials, golf, spa services, and more!  These packages are listed on Marriott's "Escape! Packages" website:

Please be aware that not all packages are offered at each Marriott location.   For your convenience, we have included steps to guide you through booking a package rate online below.  In addition, a "Package Directory" can be found during step three, which will list all hotels offering each package.

  1. From the Marriott.com homepage (www.marriott.com), click on “Explore & Plan” and, then, select “Deals” from the menu that appears.
  2. From the group of links at the right, click the link labeled "Escape Packages"
  3. From the next page, click on the type of package that interests you from the options in the center of the page.
  4. The page that is displayed will offer you a more detailed description of that package type. Enter your destination, preferred travel dates, number of rooms, and the number of guests in each room in the fields provided on the left-hand side of the page, and click "Find."
  5. The following page will provide a list of hotels matching your search criteria as well as the lowest available package rate. Keep in mind, only hotels with available Escape! packages will be listed. Click the red button labeled "Select" next to the hotel of your choice to continue.
  6. A complete list of all available Escape! packages for the hotel you selected will now be listed. Click "Rate rules" to read the full description of the package. Click on the button next to the desired rate. Select your preferences and click "Continue." Guests who have previously signed into their online account may skip this step.
  7. Enter your personal information in the fields provided. If you have an online account and have not yet signed in, do so by entering your Marriott Rewards account number (or email address) and your password in the spaces provided at the top of the page. This will fill in your personal information. Click "Continue."
  8. The next page will confirm the details of the reservation and the selected preferences. Click "Complete Reservation" to proceed.
  9. The final page will provide your confirmation number. You may wish to print this page for future reference. Additionally, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied.
